Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed after payment confirmation.
  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays or if items are on backorder.
  • We ship to domestic (within the United States) destinations only.
  • We use trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx.  You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping and Costs

  • Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Note: transit times exclude weekends and holidays and may be affected by weather or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs: Flat rate on domestic orders.  Free shipping on orders over $100.

Order Verification & Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct.  We are not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Address changes after dispatch will incur carrier fees or be impractical to accommodate.
  • A signature is not typically required unless specified at checkout.
  • For high-value orders, additional verification may be performed.

Delivery Delays

  • Kim Clark Beauty is not responsible for delays outside of our control such as weather, natural disasters, holidays, strikes, etc.
  • We will assist with tracking information and communicate any known delays.

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items upon Arrival

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days with photos or unboxing video of the damage and packaging.

  • We may update this policy at any time.  The version in effect at the time of purchase will govern your order.
